A bootle from our selection....



Varietals Vermentino 100%.

Vineyards: they stand within the municipality of Fosdinovo at an altitude between 100 and 350 meters above sea level. The soil of the main vineyard is sandy-loamy and skeletal; the soil of the other plots, of a total extension of 1 hectare, is sandy.

Vineyard planting: the trellising system is Guyot and the vineyard density is 8,400 vines per hectare.

Harvest: by hand, the grapes are picked, according to the ripening in each different plot, during the last week of September and the first two weeks of October.

Vinification: “soft” transportation systems are used for the grapes, short cold maceration, fermentation at a low temperature, the grapes from each plot are fermented separately, the wine matures on the lees for six months.

Bottling: in March. The wines are finished in the bottle for two/three months before being released on the market.

Yield per hectare: 7 tons of grapes

Bottles produced/year: 20.000 / 25.000 depending on the vintage.
