We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the markets and in the kitchen.

The visit to the Markets in La Spezia was particularly enjoyable and instructive. It made very clear how Italians use the best of seasonal

 produce and how enjoyable that kind of shopping can be.

The cooking classes were very clear and good interactive fun as everyone

 took part in all the steps.

 The Hotel Firenze is a delightful place to stay and the Cooking Day added

 to the pleasure of being there.
